Our class visited career day this past week. While we were visiting booths, one of our soldiers recognized a student from our class! He came to career day as a soldier fighting in Iraq. He was leaving to return to Iraq the next day! He recognized Delijah as his roommate's (from Iraq) daughter!!! He was able to take a picture of her to take back to her father! What a nice surprise for her father!!!A big, "Thank you," also to this soldier who took the time to come and speak to our students the day before returning. We wish you the best!
Ah, how sweet is that! I am sure that will make her daddy proud!!! :)
